USS' vision is to scale our impact and serve more individuals in need while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and innovation. By 2030, USS aims to:

Serve 100–200 individuals annually across all programs.
Through the Pathways to Home housing programs, provide safe, secure, & stable housing for 100–200 individuals annually.
Achieve 60% success rates in key outcomes such as permanent housing, job placements, and life skills development within 12 months of program participation.
Build partnerships with 25+ community organizations and businesses to enhance program reach and sustainability.
Secure millions in funding by 2030 to support facilities, operations, and program expansion.

Strategic Plan (2025/2030)

United Social Services Inc. (USS) aims to address the critical challenges faced by at-risk and underserved populations, young adults, LGBTQ adults, foster care youth transitioning to independence, disabled persons, senior citizens, and families. These challenges include homelessness, lack of access to basic essential resources, food insecurity, transportation barriers, limited career and life skills, and inadequate health and wellness support. We work to create pathways to stability, independence, and success by connecting individuals with essential resources, supportive services, and long-term solutions.
